Out of Ireland...
A novel based on the life of my great-grandmother, Out of Ireland, will be published by She Writes Press in the spring of 2023. It is the story of a sister and brother in Bantry, Ireland, in the late 1860s. There is laughter as well as tragedy, romance and crime and even political violence to be found in this story. It is a tale of immigrants who made the sacrifice of their homeland and culture in order to start a better life in the United States.
